Unique Group of Institutions Signs MoUs with CTO Lahore and Motorway Police to Promote Road Safety and Student Development

Lahore: Unique Group of Institutions (UGI) has taken another significant step toward strengthening community engagement and promoting road safety by signing two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the City Traffic Police (CTO) Lahore and the National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP).

The MoU signing ceremonies were held at the UGI campus in the presence of distinguished guests, faculty members, administrative staff, and students.

The first ceremony welcomed Syed Abdul Rahim Sherazi (PSP), Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore, as the Chief Guest. The MoU was presented by Prof. Abdul Mannan Khurram, Chairman, Unique Group of Institutions. This collaboration aims to enhance students' awareness of traffic regulations, responsible road behavior, and civic responsibility through educational campaigns, seminars, workshops, and practical training sessions.

In the second ceremony, Mr. Atif Shahzad (PSP), Superintendent of Police, National Highways & Motorway Police, attended as the Chief Guest. The MoU was also presented by Prof. Abdul Mannan Khurram, reaffirming UGI's commitment to preparing students as responsible citizens. The partnership will focus on road safety education, defensive driving awareness, youth engagement initiatives, and collaborative community outreach programs.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Abdul Mannan Khurram emphasized that education goes beyond classrooms and includes developing socially responsible and law-abiding citizens. He stated that these partnerships reflect UGI's dedication to providing students with practical knowledge and meaningful opportunities to contribute positively to society.

The distinguished guests appreciated Unique Group of Institutions for its proactive approach toward public awareness and youth development.
